Arriving at POW3R and first impressions
No sooner had we arrived...
No sooner had we arrived at the POW3R exhibition hall in Munich after hours of driving from Vienna than it became clear to us: this year's POW3R is all about cybersecurity, IBM news, and modern AI solutions.
And right in the middle of it all was our inviting exhibition stand, attracting lots of curious questions about SpoolMaster!
E-billing as the number one topic of conversation
We quickly grabbed a coffee, checked the booth, and laid out some goodies, and then the first visitors arrived!
As expected, most of the conversations revolved around the topic of e-invoicing.
To be honest, at this point we were already feeling quite proud, because we were able to show how SpoolMaster, our output management solution that has been tried and tested for many years in the DACH region, supports the structured creation and distribution of electronic documents.
We had the most discussions with companies that are currently in the process of introducing or expanding their e-invoicing processes. They stayed at the booth longer and wanted to know how they could use SpoolMaster to implement new legal requirements without completely restructuring their existing processes.
Our most important learnings from POW3R Day
The numerous direct responses at the booth were the most valuable aspect of this trade fair day for us.
They clearly demonstrate where SpoolMaster provides support in everyday use, but also where we can further optimizeit.
This is precisely where the ideas for further developing SpoolMaster originate... and they are very closely aligned with user requirements!
Our conclusion and outlook for the future
For us, the POW3R trade fair was more than just a date in the calendar; it reminded us once again how important it is to actively promote SpoolMaster in the coming years.
We are not only going home feeling positive, but also with a full to-do list, as we have taken away many topics that we would like to prioritize and incorporate together as a team.
SpoolMaster is no longer just a "nice to have" for our customers, but a central component in delivering information securely, accurately, and transparently to the right recipients.
This motivates us to work even more closely with our users and to incorporate their feedback directly into further development.
